Terry Pallas
Lead Pastor

Terry graduated from Central Washington University (BS) and Faith Evangelical Seminary (M.Div.) and has been in pastoral ministry for 20 years - serving most recently as Executive Pastor at Salt & Light Church in the Seattle area and previously at Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission where he served as Chief Program Officer. A decorated veteran, he also spent over 7 years in the Army Chaplain Corps as a Chaplain Assistant caring for the spiritual needs of soldiers and their families globally. With the heart of an Evangelist, Terry is passionate about bringing the hope of the gospel to those that are hurting, hungry and broken.  For decades he has watched the power of the Holy Spirit set people free from addiction, trauma and despair.

Katelyn Pallas
Teaching Pastor

A graduate of Wheaton College (BA) and Duke (M.Div.), Katelyn has a passion for teaching God’s word and instilling God's hope in the hard times especially around mental health struggles. She previously served for years in pastoral ministry at their church in the Seattle metro and also at Seattle's Union Gospel Mission where she helped women fleeing from domestic violence and abuse. Together, Terry and Katelyn are blessed to have three children (one school aged and two grown), and two grandchildren and believe that the most important ministry starts in the home.
